-I only accept commission applications from persons over the age of 18 and my works are for PERSONAL USE ONLY.
-Please note that accepted commissions are chosen by me each round, based on my determining it within my skill levels. Only 3-5 applications are chosen each round I open commissions. You are not guaranteed to be chosen by filling out my form but you are also not disqualified from trying again in the next round.
-I require 50% of the price paid upfront before I start any kind of work. The remainder of the price will be paid upon completion. Payments are accepted through PayPal in € currency.
-Due to lifestyle factors, I can not determine how long completion of the work will take but I will strive to finish in about 1 month. Any delays or expected absence will be communicated to you.
-You will receive progress pictures of each stage of the work and you are welcome to voice any concerns or request changes without extra charge. The number of ponies or the style of drawing, however, cannot be changed once you've filled out the commission form.
-Upon completion of the work, you will first receive a heavily watermarked preview, the high quality image will be sent to you through email after I've received the remainder of the payment.
-Backgrounds are included in the price and will be rendered to the same level as the pony but you can pick your preferred style of background in the commission form.
-I cannot give refunds once I've already begun working on your piece. However, if for any reason on my end I am unable to complete your commission, I will fully refund you and you will receive all the work I've finished up to that point.
-I hold the right to refuse a commission for any reason and refusal of cooperation will get you blacklisted from commissioning me in the future.
